Peanut Butter Energy Balls-a great post-workout snack!

She shared this recipe with me the night before my first CrossFit competition when we were discussing what I was planning on bringing with me. Luckily, I had all of the ingredients on hand except for the chocolate chips. They were sorely missed, but these energy balls were still super-tasty without them.
These are really easy to make and they have lots of fast-acting carbs and protein to give you energy and help you recover. They were great for my competition, but they would make a great post-workout snack any day of the week. Enjoy!
