You can make this Primal by using the dairy yogurt of your choice (I recommend full fat, grass fed dairy, full fat Greek yogurt or homemade), or make it Paleo by using coconut yogurt, which you can make at home, but it is also widely available at most health food grocery stores. Top it with berries, as suggested, or get creative and use any of your other favorite fruits. You could go tropical with bananas, mandarin oranges and kiwi or keep it simple with strawberries and bananas. Either way, I hope you enjoy this delicious, nutritious treat and have a chance to share it with your loved ones this summer!

1 tsp vanilla
4 cups assorted berries
